There are creams that actually tighten your skin meant specifically for the chin/jaw area, but they only last about an hour. Add some bronzer there, and voila, contoured. Just like her nose "magically" got taller.

It's the angle of the camera. Straight foward= smaller eyes and wider face; Tilted down or placed at slight elevation= wider eyes, less pronounced jaw bones, and thus, slimmer face and neck.

Also just they way she probly did it it makes it look a little thinner
